Determination of genetic diversity and population structure breeding material is an important prerequisite for discovering novel valuable alleles aimed at crop improvement. This study’s main objective was to characterize a collection representing 40-year long historical period barley (Hordeum vulgare L.) breeding, using microsatellites, pedigree, phenotypic data. The set 90 genotypes phenotyped during three growing seasons genotyped with 338 polymorphic alleles. indicators showed differentiation changes throughout the periods. discriminated into distinctive groups. principal coordinate analysis grouped according their growth habit row type.
